Product Details

The PP long fiber geotextile produced by our company is a high-performance and durable synthetic material widely used in various civil and environmental engineering projects. It is often used as a separation, filtration, or reinforcement layer in different geological engineering applications, such as highway and railway construction, slope protection, coastal erosion control, landfill sites, and dam engineering.

The width of this PP long fiber geotextile is usually 4-6 meters, and it can also be customized according to your requirements. The weight is 100g-800g and can also be customized.

1. Strength - Under the same weight specification, the tensile strength in all directions is higher than that of other needle punched non-woven fabrics;
2. UV resistance - with extremely high UV resistance;
3. Extremely high temperature resistance - up to 230 ºC, maintaining structural integrity and original physical properties at high temperatures;
4. Permeability and planar drainage - Geotextiles are thick and needle punched, with good planar drainage and vertical permeability, and can still maintain this performance after many years;
5. Creep resistance - Geotextiles have better creep resistance than other geotextiles, therefore they have good long-term performance. It can withstand the erosion of common chemical substances in soil and the corrosion of gasoline, diesel, etc;
6. Ductility - Geotextiles have good elongation under certain stress, allowing them to adapt to uneven and irregular base surfaces;

Applicable scope

Suitable for fields such as water conservancy, hydropower, highways, railways, ports, sports venues, tunnels, environmental protection, etc., playing a role in isolation, filtration, drainage, reinforcement, protection, sealing, etc.

PP long fiber geotextile has multiple advantages compared to other traditional geotextiles.

Firstly, it has strong UV resistance, chemical corrosion, and biodegradability, which can extend its service life and reduce maintenance costs.

Secondly, due to its lightweight, flexible, and coiled structure, it is easy to install and operate.

Thirdly, it is cost-effective and environmentally friendly as it can be recycled or reused at the end of its lifespan.

This product has excellent characteristics such as water permeability, filtration, and durability; Mechanical properties with high tensile strength, tear resistance, and burst strength. It can be widely used in railways, highways, sports venues, embankments, soil and water construction, tunnels, coastal beaches, reclamation, environmental protection and other projects, and can play a unique role.
