Automatic Hydraulic Cyliner Welding Machine

1. Automatic welding machine is designed to MIG weld hydraulic cylinders rods or bottoms.

2. Welding machine consists of horizontal lathe, overhead beam, motorized vertical slide and oscillator.

3. PLC can record lots of welding programs and manage the whole welding process. Automatic hydraulic cylinder welding machine also supports multi-pass welding.

4. HMI allows operator to change the torch position, rotation speed, oscillation and other welding parameters.

5. Weld hydraulic cylinder diameter: 20mm-500mm, Weld hydraulic cylinder length: 6000mm.
